How are we like the Magi?

The Gospel for Epiphany Sunday is always the same. I prepared video reflections on this in 2021 and 2022. The links are below.

This week, in the various ways that you serve your neighbors, whether family, friends, or strangers, imagine the baby Jesus in the Nativity scene being present to you through them, and you are the Magi. In those moments, ask yourself:

What gifts am I bringing them?

How far am I willing to go to bring these gifts?

Am I filled with joy when I encounter them?

What should I say to Mary, their mother?
